The building is a 9-story building consisting of 108 apartments, common areas and amenities on floor 1. The scope of work includes exterior work on windows, roofing, site improvements, storefront doors, concrete, steel, and asphalt paving. Interior work will consist of drywall minor framing, drywall and repairs, cabinetry, flooring, doors and hardware, miscellaneous specialties, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing. Certified Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to bid. Firms will need to comply with OSHA 10hr training. Please include prevailing wage.
