Respondent is currently a resident of the state of California.Marriage of the parties were Meridian Idaho 10/8/2017 and are still married. Grounds for divorce are Irreconcilable differences.The parties do not have any minor children wife is not pregnant. No children were conceived.No separate Property. No Community Real Property. No Community Personal Property. The Petitioner has no knowledge of any unpaid debts.The party's have been separated since 8/2/2020. It would be fair for the court to order that each party will assume any debt incurred by that party since the date of separation. The court should order each party pay those debts as or before they became due and to hold the other party harmless from obligation concerning those debts.
