Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession, or encumbrances to satisfy the obligations secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed by, Ross Lawrenz, as Grantor(s), Alliance Title & Escrow Corp., as Trustee, for the benefit and security of, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), a Delaware Corporation, as Beneficiary; said Deed of Trust was recorded October 26, 2007 as ADA County Recorder's Instrument No. 107146309. Later assigned May 13, 2025 to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC by Instrument No. 2025029298, later assigned May 13, 2025 to HGRF Trust By Instrument No. 2025029299.
