Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 PM prevailing time Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. Bid documents are available electronically by contacting the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu. There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting. A campus visit to view the boiler location is by appointment only. Contact the Purchasing Office to schedule. The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that in our judgment best serves the interest of the college.
