Notice to Bidders The City of Venice to Solicit Construction Bids for Venice Home Revitalization Soil Remediation Plans Sealed proposals for the "Venice Home Revitalization Soil Remediation Plans" will be received at the Mayor's Office at 329 Broadway, Venice IL, 62090 until 10:15 AM on Thursday, January 8, 2025. Sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at the same time and place. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 10 at 10:00 AM, on the project site at 201 Hampden Ave, Venice IL, 62090. Engineers will be on site to discuss the project and answer questions. The work includes soil excavation and embankment, furnished excavation and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work. Plans with additional Bidder requirements may be obtained at Oates Associates' office for no fee. IDOT prequalification is NOT required.
