Public Information Review and Comment Meeting Scheduled by the City of Troy for the Zenk Road Reconstruction Phase 2 project Redbud Lane to Oakwood Drive. The City of Troy will conduct a Public Information Review and Comment Meeting regarding the proposed reconstruction of Zenk Road from Redbud Lane to Oakwood Drive. This review and comment meeting will be an open house held at Troy City Hall City Council Chambers (116 East Market Street, Troy, IL) on December 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. All persons interested in the project are invited to view the information and provide public comments. Representatives from the City and the design engineering firm (Oates Associates) will respond to any questions that are submitted. This project will reconstruct about 650 linear foot of Zenk Road from Redbud Lane to Oakwood Drive. The new Zenk Road will be a consistent 30'-wide asphalt road with concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer to facilitate drainage. The City plans to apply for a $286,000 Madison County Community Development Block Grant to help fund this project.
