A Public Information Meeting / Neighborhood Awareness Meeting has been scheduled by the owner of parcels 19723102, 19723103 and 19702115, RHM Properties LLC, and the developer, Arey Properties, LLC, who is submitting a conditional zoning request for the above-mentioned parcels, which are located on Bain School Road. This property spans approximately 27.39 acres and is currently zoned for Single-Family Residential use with a minimum lot size of 20,000 SF with 120-foot lot minimum widths. The request for rezoning is to allow 41 high end lots with minimum area of 12,000 SF and lot widths of 90 feet. This meeting will introduce the project, receive concerns, and answer any questions from the community.
