Ordinance 3 of 2026 At its regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM, at 420 Holmes Street, Room 146, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, the Commissioners of Centre County, will consider the adoption of, and if appropriate enact, a proposed ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF CENTRE, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, IMPLEMENTING OF A FEE FOR LOCAL USE AS PROVIDED BY 75 PA.C.S. §1935, ALLOWING A COUNTY, IN ITS DESCRETION, TO IMPOSE A COUNTY FEE OF $5.00 FOR EACH NONEXEMPT VEHICLE REGISTERED TO AN ADDRESS LOCATED WITHIN ITS BORDERS.
