PUBLIC NOTICE The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District is giving notice of a preliminary decision to approve Authority to Construct applications AC28343, AC28344 and AC28345 for the installation of three standby engines for the UC Davis Medical Center located at 2315 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95817. The application is being processed under the District's enhanced new source review procedure and the permit will be incorporated into the facility's Title V permit as an administrative amendment. Written comments for these modifications must be received by the District by November 30, 2026. The draft Authority to Construct and analysis of the application may be reviewed at the District Office, 777 12th Street, STE 300, Sacramento, California, 95814 or may be downloaded from the District's website at www.airquality.org.
