SCHOOL DISTRICT OF MANATEE COUNTY PURCHASING DEPARTMENT PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONTINUING CONTRACTS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - SMALL PROJECTS PROJECT NAME: Continuing Contract Professional Services- Small Projects PROJECT LOCATION: Manatee County REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for the following listed professional services: Architects, Engineers and Professional Service, Asbestos Consulting, Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services, Civil Engineers, Commissioning, Disaster Remediation, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Environmental Engineering/Ecological Consultants, Geotechnical/Soil Material Testing, Ground Penetrating Radar, Land Appraisers, Land Planners (Surveying and Mapping), Moisture Control, Plan Review/Permits & Inspections Services, Real Estate Appraisers, Roofing Consultants, Structural Engineers, Surveyors, Test & Balance. Please note that all existing continuing contract providers who wish to continue providing services must resubmit qualifications at this time for consideration. These professional services will be provided for construction projects that do not exceed fee for professional services for each individual study under the contract as per Section 287.055 (1)(g) F.S.. Applicant must be licensed and/or certified to perform the particular professional service in the State of Florida at the time of application. Further, if a corporation, the applicant must be registered by the Department of State, Division of Corporations, to operate in the State of Florida at the time of the application. The selection will be made in accordance with State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), as may be amended, Florida Statute 287.055, and the School Board of Manatee County's procedures and criteria.
