LEGAL NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETINGS The Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania State University hereby gives legal notice of meetings to be held in State College on September 17 and 18, 2026, at the Nittany Lion Inn. On Thursday, September 17, 2026, the Committee on Audit and Risk will meet at 8:00 am. Notice is also given that the Committee will hold an Executive Session after the public meeting pursuant to Section 708 (a)(5), and 708 (a)(7) and a Working Session after the Executive Session pursuant to Section 707 (c) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. The Committee on Student Success will meet at 9:15 am. The Committee on Finance and Investment will meet at 10:30 am. Notice is also given that the Committee will hold an Executive Session after the public meeting pursuant to Section 708(a)(3) and 708(a)(5). The Committee on Governance will meet at 2:00 pm. The Committee on Equity and Human Resources will meet at 2:45 pm. The Committee on Research and Technology will meet at 4:00 pm. Beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026, the Board will meet.
