The project scope includes upgrades to the existing mechanical equipment, including replacing a supply fan VFD, condensate drain pans, and a steam heating coil at the main air-handling unit. The work will include associated controls and electrical power connections. A qualification application document must be submitted by 5:00 PM on 10/9/26 to Bob Cwikla, project manager, by email only.
