PUBLIC NOTICE Mr. and Mrs. Roger Soens have applied to SCDES BCM for a General Permit requesting after the fact authorization for the existing dock and bulkhead for private use at 89 Mooring Buoy on Palmetto Dunes Lagoon System in Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The Bulkhead measurements are 3'-4'x140'. The Dock measurements are 6x12. The existing bulkhead will be repaired by tearing off and replace existing cap, installing (2) new 6x6 posts, installing 12 new tiebacks with anchors, and replacing dirt wherever necessary.
