Bids will be publicly opened at 1:00 pm on bid day at Giles Horney Building – Room 100A (Magnolia Room), located at 103 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599. Parking is available at the Giles Horney Building. Issue To Bid (ITB) Drawings will be published in Building Connected and access will be provided per request on 9/14/2026.
