NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors Hearing Room 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, California WHEN: Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard PURPOSE: NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider annexing a certain property into Zone of Benefit (ZOB) 232 – Placer Vineyards Sewer. ZOB 232 – Placer Vineyards Sewer provides sewer service through fees, and this annexation is being considered to provide sewer service to the proposed property. Such property consists of Assessor's Parcel Number 023-670-011-000, previously Lot 11, a portion of 023-200-017-000 located east of Watt Avenue and south of Baseline Road in West Placer, consisting of approximately 4.363 acres. The property is owned by The Lois E. Mourier Surviving Spouse Trust. This proposed change to the boundaries of Zone of Benefit 232 is made pursuant to Government Code sections 25217-25217.4.
