PUBLIC NOTICE Harry & Lisa Wechsler have applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to remove the existing dock structure. Construct a new 4'x165' walkway with handrails leading to a 15'x16'covered pierhead. Located to the ebb side of the pier head will be a 12'x13' 4-pile boat lift. Dock will be for the private recreational use of the property owner. The residential dock is located at 341 Cottage Farm Drive Beaufort County on and adjacent to Battery Creek.
