IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT JOSEPH TROY ROSS PLAINTIFF V. CAUSE NO.: 26-364-JS U. S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANDERSON RANKEN & FRITZ HOLDINGS GROUP, LTD AND REGINA MORRIS AS TRUSTEE, AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY DEFENDANTS SUMMONS THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: ANY AND ALL PERSONS HAVING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Joseph Troy Ross, Plaintiff, in its Complaint to Confirm Title and Remove Clouds on Title and Quiet Title filed against the following real property located in Harrison County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District: PARCEL NO. 1: That certain lot or parcel of land measuring fifty-two (52') feet by two hundred twenty-five (225') feet, more or less; bounded on the South by Howard Avenue; on the East by property now or formerly of Wentzell; on the North by Clay Street; and on the West by property now or formerly of Heidenheim, located in the City of Biloxi, Harrison County Second Judicial District, Mississippi. AND ALSO PARCEL NO. 2: That certain lot or parcel of land located at and bearing Municipal No. 1115 East Howard Avenue, Biloxi; being bounded on the North by Clay Street; on the South by Howard Avenue; on the East by property now or formerly of Covacevich; and on the West by property now or formerly of Wentzell. Being the same property acquired from Gonzales, et al (heirs at law of Ortiz) by deed dated January 31, 1944, which appears of record in Book 261, at pages 559-560, of the Land Deed Records of Harrison County, Mississippi, property located in the City of Biloxi, Harrison County Second Judicial District, Mississippi. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint to Confirm Title and Remove Clouds on Title and Quiet Title filed against you in this action to Rushing & Guice, P.L.L.C., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is P.O. Box 1925, Biloxi, Mississippi 39533 and whose physical address is 1000 Government Street, Suite E, Ocean Springs, Mississippi 39564; Telephone (228) 374-2313. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE 14TH DAY OF JUNE, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT TO CONFIRM TITLE AND REMOVE CLOUDS ON TITLE AND QUIET TITLE.
