PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE SR 924/ Gratigny Parkway Partial Interchange at NW 67th Avenue/ Ludlam Road Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study Miami-Dade County, Florida GMX Work Program Project Number: 92408 Efficient Transportation Decision Making Number (ETDM): 14342 The Greater Miami Expressway Agency (GMX) will conduct a Public Hearing for the proposed SR 924/Gratigny Parkway Partial Interchange at NW 67th Avenue/Ludlam Road PD&E Study in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Town of Miami Lakes, Town Hall Council Chambers located at 6601 Main Street, Miami Lakes, Miami, Florida 33014. The Public Hearing will begin as an open house at 6:00 PM with a formal presentation and public comment period at 6:30 PM. Free parking is available. This Public Hearing is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. The project proposes a partial interchange at SR 924/Gratigny Parkway and NW 67th Avenue/Ludlam Road. The draft project documents will be available for review from Wednesday, June 3, 2026, to Wednesday, July 8, 2026, excluding major holidays, at the following locations: • GMX Headquarters, 3790 NW 21st Street, Miami, FL 33142 (Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM) • Town of Miami Lakes, 6601 Main Street, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 (Monday- Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. • Palm Springs North Branch Library, 17601 NW 78th Avenue, Suite 111, Hialeah, FL 33015 (Monday-Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM). Closed on Sundays.
