NOTICE OF REFEREE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY Under and by virtue of an Interlocutory Summary Judgment rendered out of the above-entitled Court, which was filed on the 14th day of April, 2026, in the above-entitled action wherein the above-named Plaintiff Cristallina Ann McClintick obtained Interlocutory Summary Judgment against the above-named Defendants for the sale of certain real property at public sale to be sold as one lot, and for the appointment of Plaintiff Cristallina Ann McClintick as sole Referee to conduct the public sale of such real property. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 8:30 a.m., of said day at the Ada County Courthouse, 200 W. Front St., Boise, Idaho, I will in obedience to said Interlocutory Summary Judgment, sell as one group or parcel at public auction for cash, to the highest and best bidder, the property described in the Interlocutory Summary Judgment, located in Ada County, Idaho. The property hereinbefore referred to, which is to be sold at the time and place hereinbefore mentioned, is known as: The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter in Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The above-described real property will be sold as one lot in its present condition. The property is sold "As-Is" and the Referee makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, with regard to the title, access, character of the property or its use for any specific purpose. Upon sale at public auction and approval of the sale by the District Court, the Referee shall issue the quitclaim deed to the property sold and the purchaser thereof shall be entitled to possession. Bids and the sale price must be made in U.S. dollars.
