Sealed bids will be delivered to the Iredell Government Center (200 South Center Street, Statesville, NC 28687) and then read aloud. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The goal of this project is to allocate space on the existing Iredell County Fairgrounds for a new Regional Farmers Market in Troutman, NC. This phase of the project will include the setting of the PEMB market, which will include spaces for roughly 30 vendor stalls, restrooms, concessions, storage areas, and conference room & office spaces. Site specific work will include demolition, earthwork & utilities, paving and landscaping.
