The project is composed of construction of park improvements including erecting small pavilions (suppliedby the owner), concrete foundations, concrete sidewalks, grading, and site restoration. All Bids shall be returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder, and marked "BID PROPOSAL – Trail Enhancements at Moody Park" on the envelope.
