The Village of El Portal Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Regular Council Meeting Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 7 pm PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADDITION TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE and GARAGE CONVERSION HEARINGS BY THE MAYOR & VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of March 2026, at a regular council hearing the Mayor & Village Council of the Village of El Portal, held at 7:00 P.M., at Village Hall at 500 NE 87th St., The Village Council will consider the site plan and variance application at 12 86th Street – ADDITION TO A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE and GARAGE CONVERSION – as set forth below: 12 NW 86th STREET- SITE PLAN and VARIANCE A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF EL PORTAL, FLORIDA, GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN ADDITION TO A RESIDENCE AND A VARIANCE APPROVAL FOR A GARAGE CONVERSION AT 12 NW 86th STREET IN ZONE 3, SUB-URBAN RESIDENCE, IN THE VILLAGE OF EL PORTAL, AN APPLICATION BY ELIZABETH MONTEALEGRE: PROVIDING FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR APPEAL; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public may inspect the proposed resolution at the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of El Portal, located in the Village Hall, 500 NE 87th St. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard.
