NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF 1ST DISTRICT HARRISON WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 18, 2018, executed by GLENN C. HAYNES conveying certain real property therein described to SCHWARTZ, ORGLER & JORDAN, PLLC, as Trustee, for MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS BENEFICIARY, AS NOMINEE FOR CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi filed and recorded May 23, 2018, at Instrument Number 2018-4360-J1; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing; and WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on February 24, 2026 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the East Front Door of the Harrison County Courthouse (1st Judicial District), 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501 proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in 1st District Harrison County, Mississippi, to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AND BEING LOCATED IN U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT FOUR (4), SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST, CITY OF GULFPORT, FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT A POINT ON THE EAST MARGIN OF EVANS STREET, SAID POINT BEING LOCATED 351 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF L & N RAILROAD, THENCE NORTH 95 DEGREES 03 MINUTES EAST 136.35 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 104.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 50 MINUTES WEST 135.85 FEET TO THE SAID POINT OF BEGINNING.
