Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Lowcountry Regional Transportation Authority DBA Palmetto Breeze will make application to the Federal Transit Administration and the SC Department of Transportation for funding opportunities during the fiscal year 2027, Section 5311 ($1,343,304), State Mass Transit Funds (SMTF) ($255,568 & $60,139) and Section 5307 ($928,826 & $955,636). Said funding is to be used for public transportation expenses, within the appertaining service areas of Allendale, Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper counties.
