STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF JACKSON SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on February 19, 2021, COLBY S. BRELAND, executed a Deed of Trust to David B. Pilger, Trustee for the benefit of CHARLES F. GREEN, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 3757, Pages 650-656, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, CHARLES F. GREEN, the legal holder of said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, substituted HALSEY N.
