PUBLIC NOTICE The Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District is seeking applicants for the vacant School Board seat representing District 2 (Philipsburg Borough Second Ward and Rush North Central), Precinct #11 and 15. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; a P-O School District resident for at least one year prior to the date of the appointment; and a resident of District 2 to be eligible to fill this vacancy. This appointment will be in effect until December 2027.
