Notice to Bidders The City of Venice to Solicit Construction Bids for Venice Home Revitalization Housing Soil Remediation Plans Sealed proposals for the "Venice Home Revitalization Housing Soil Remediation Plans" will be received at the Mayor's Office at 329 Broadway, Venice IL, 62090 until 10:15 AM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at the same time and place. The work includes soil excavation and embankment, furnished excavation and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work. Plans with additional Bidder requirements may be obtained at Oates Associates' office for no fee. IDOT prequalification is NOT required.
