Moffitt to Family Trust Federal Credit Union, dated October 24, 2016, recorded November 10, 2016, in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for York County, in Book 16055 at Page 127. The description of the premises is as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with all improvements thereon, lying being and situate in the County of York, State of South Carolina, and being shown and designated as Portion of Lot 110 of Industrial Mills Subdivision as shown on plat entitled "Property Surveyed for Martha M. Perry" dated November 3, 1997, prepared by David S. Thomas, SCPLS and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina in Plat Book 134, Page 329, and having such metes, bounds, courses and distances as reference to said plat will more fully appear. This being the same property conveyed to Lisa C. Moffitt by deed of Margaret E. Clark and Nathan P. Clark dated October 24, 2016 and recorded November 10, 2016 in Book 16055 at Page 124 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for York County. Subsequently, Lisa C. Moffitt a/k/a Lisa Celeste Rosenzweig died on or about November 7, 2024 and no probate case has been opened with the probate court for York County. If any party has any information as to the existence and/or opening of a probate court file for the Estate of Lisa C. Moffitt a/k/a Lisa Celeste Rosenzweig, it is requested that you contact counsel for Plaintiff immediately with that information. Upon information and belief, Lisa C. Moffitt a/k/a Lisa Celeste Rosenzweig was survived by her heir(s), Desiree Tipton; Brittany Kosmela; and Mackenzie Kosmela (based on her published obituary).
