Bert, and if deceased, the heirs of Douglas R. Bert, Angelene A. Laut, and if deceased, the heirs of Angelene A. Laut, Robert McCardle, and if deceased, the heirs of Robert McCardle, Defendants Alvin B. Glaser, and if deceased, the heirs of Alvin B. Glaser, Gloria T. Glaser, and if deceased the heirs of Gloria T. Glaser, William C. Ludwig, and if deceased, the heirs of William C. Ludwig, the Murdoch Investment Trust, LLC, NHP Global Services, LLC, and those unknown persons who are or who might claim to be an heir-at-law of any of those persons who are deceased or unknown being collectively designated herein as John DOE and MARY ROE, including any unknown persons in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, including but not limited to any minors, person non Compos mentis and persons under disability of any kind or nature who might claim to an heir-at-law of any of the persons named above, Defendants.
Summons: Defendants are hereby summoned and required to answer the complaint in this action a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said complaint on the subscriber at, 1251 may river road, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910 within thirty (30) days after service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to appear and defend against the said action then judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. you will also take notice, that pursuant to Rule 53(B) of the S.C.R.C.P., as amended, the Plaintiff will move for an Order of Reference to a Special Referee as appointed by the Circuit Court or Clerk of Court, which Order, pursuant to Rule 53 (b) of the S.C.R.C.P. and §15-67- 60 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina (1976), will specifically provide that said Special Referee is authorized and empowered to enter a final judgment in this action, with all appeals directly to the South Carolina Supreme Court or Court of Appeals as provided by the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.
