SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE On November 18, 2025, at the North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Boulevard, Kings Beach, CA 96143, the Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of an ordinance to amend the Placer County Code related to its building and development Fee Deferral Program. Specifically, this ordinance deletes Placer County Code Chapter 15, Article 15.70, Section 15.70.120 Expiration. This ordinance amends the Placer County Code to make the provisions of Chapter 15, Article 15.70, related to the Fee Deferral Program, permanent.
