Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 50.0311(6), Florida Statutes, that effective November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2026, the Village of Key Biscayne, Florida (the "Village"), shall publish legally required advertisements and public notices on Miami-Dade County's designated publicly accessible website. In accordance with Section 50.0311(6), Florida Statutes, property owners and residents throughout the Village may receive legally required advertisements and public notices from the Village by first-class mail or email by registering their name and address with the Village Clerk's Office. Registration for receipt of legally required advertisements and public notices may be done by contacting Jocelyn B. Koch, CMC, Village Clerk, by email at jkoch@keybiscayne.fl.gov; mailed to 88 W. McIntyre Street, Suite 220, Village of Key Biscayne, FL 33149; or by visiting the Village Clerk's office in person at the same address.
