3. Special exception application for a 24-unit apartment building to be located off of Ross Cannon Street and Charlotte Street (referenced by York County Tax Map Id # 0701601024)
4. Variance application for the buffer area, open space and lot requirements for Cedar Lane Farms (McCutcheon Subdivision) located between Pinckney Street and South Congress Street (referenced by York County Tax Map Id #'s 3410000001, 3410000003, 3410000013, 3410000014, 3410000023, 3410000034 and 3420000004)
