NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the South Tahoe Public Utility District (District) invites qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the 2026-2027 Sewer Line Spot Repair & Lateral Abandonment Services project. Electronic Bids will be received until 10AM, Monday, November 24th, 2025. Hard copy of the original Bid Bond (or other acceptable form of bid security) MUST be delivered to the district in advance of the Bid deadline. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted by the electronic bidding system. All bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and the contents read aloud at the District offices, Conference Room 1, located at 1275 Meadow Crest Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids shall be valid for 60 calendar days after the bid opening date, as required in the Bid Form. Contract Documents are available for free download on the District's link to the project on the PlanetBids portal at https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/21516/bo/bo-detail/134895. For assistance in downloading the documents or registering as a vendor, please contact Kilty Devine, Purchasing Manager, kdevine@stpud.us. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, to waive any informality in the bids and to award the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
