The proposed Code Amendments are intended to improve internal consistency of the Code, improve processes and procedures, address minor errors, and address emerging land uses, development trends, and technologies. The proposed amendments would include revisions to Article 9.36 "Noise" in Chapter 9 of the Code and revisions to Article 17.04 "Definitions", Article 17.06 "Zoning Districts Established", Division II "Commercial Districts", Division III "Industrial Districts", Division VII "General Development Regulations", Division VIII "Specific Use Regulations", Article 17.60 "Zoning Administration", and Article 17.62 "Code Compliance and Enforcement" in Chapter 17 of the Code. The Planning Commission will also consider a finding of Statutory Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
