Public Meeting for Belle Valley Flood Mitigation Project October 29, 2025 Belle Valley School District 119 Cafeteria 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The City of Belleville will conduct a Public Information Review and Comment Meeting regarding the proposed Drainage Improvements along Belle Valley Drive and Cool Valley Drive. This review and comment meeting will be an open house held at Belle Valley School District 119 School Cafeteria (2465 Amann Drive, Belleville, IL 62220) on Wednesday October 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All people interested in the project are invited to review the information and provide public comments. Representatives from the City and Oates Associates Engineering will respond to any questions that are submitted. The information provided will include topics such as the Construction schedule and the proposed drainage improvements. Drawings and aerial photography will be available for viewing.
