TAX DEED ADVERTISEMENTS

BOISE-KUNA IRRIGATION DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given to each record owner and party in interest of the pending issuance of a tax deed for the property described below. If the assessment levied for 2023 along with the penalties, interest, fees, and cost of publication is not paid to Boise-Kuna Irrigation District, by 4:00 p.m. on December 29, 2025, the BKID treasurer must take a tax deed in accordance with Idaho Code Title 43, Chapter 7 Section 715 and 716. The tax deed will be taken January 6, 2026, conveying complete title to the below described property to Boise-Kuna Irrigation District. An itemized delinquency statement, which details the required amounts and explanation for payment, will be furnished to any person, or mortgagee upon request. No Tax Deed Certificates will be conveyed to third party purchasers per I.C. section 43-715. Redemption may be made by sending payment to BKID, 129 N. School Avenue, Kuna, Idaho 83634. Credit and/or debit card payments can now be made by calling our office.
