CLAIR TOWNSHIP LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to the Public that on November 4, 2025 at the hour of 6:00 P.M. at the Swansea Improvement Association, 216 Service Street Swansea, Illinois 62226, a public hearing will be held regarding the increase of sewer rates. Any person interested in said increase may be present at said time and place and may be heard about the proposal. The proposal is now on file with the Clerk of the St. Clair Township Board, at the Township office located at 107 Service Street Swansea, Illinois 62226 and may be reviewed upon request prior to said hearing by the Public.
