STANISLAUS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors will meet in the Basement Chambers, Lower Level, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider the adoption of the Stanislaus HOME Consortium and Urban County's Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER will address the outcomes and expenditure of U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) entitlement funds allocated to the Stanislaus HOME Consortium and Urban County in FY 2024-2025: $2,305,008 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), $1,262,718.33 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and $205,225 in Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funds and CDBG Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding. The CAPER is available for public review and comment from August 8, 2025, to September 16, 2025 at: http://www.stancounty.com/planning/cdbg/plans-and-reports.shtm.
