70th Anniversary Dr. & Mrs. Robert T. Williams, Sr. are celebrating 70 years of marriage this week. Bob and Catherine married in Charleston, SC on Friday May 13, 1955 after a whirlwind courtship. Making their home in Wake County, Bob and Catherine raised 4 children. They have been blessed with 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. When asked the secret to a long marriage, Bob replies, "You each give 60% and only take 40%."
